Preparation
- Full substrate preparation completed to ensure perfectly plumb walls and level floors suitable for large-format porcelain installation.
- All wet areas were professionally tanked to ensure long-term durability and compliance.

The solution
- Precision manual setting out to ensure recessed niches and feature walls were perfectly symmetrical.
- Fabricated a bespoke, subtle tiled-in access hatch designed to sit flush within the tile joints.
- Used mechanical leveling systems throughout to guarantee a flat, lippage-free finish across the new space.
